About this app

Mediately Drug Registry is localized and available in 12 countries - Italy, Germany, Spain, France, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria and Slovenia.

It includes Drug Interaction Checker - the most requested app functionality by European doctors. This way you can now check for drug interactions directly in the app. Simply enter up to 20 drugs or active ingredients and instantly identify potential interactions, see their severity & get recommendations on how to resolve them.

You can easily search through an offline drug registry and get instant access to interactive clinical tools and dosing calculators.

1. Get information on thousands of drugs.

For each drug, you can view detailed info, including:

- Basic information about the drug (active substance, composition, pharmaceutical form, class, insurance list);

- ATC classification and parallel drugs;
- Packagings and prices;
- Access to the complete SmPC PDF document (needs internet connection).

2. Search through a wide array of interactive diagnostics tools.

Along with a complete drug database, the app includes a number of interactive clinical tools and dosing calculators useful in your everyday practice:

Find tools that are used by thousands of doctors every day.

- BMI (Body Mass Index);
- BSA (Body Surface Area);
- CHA₂DS₂-VASc (Score for Atrial Fibrillation Stroke Risk);
- GCS (Glasgow Coma Scale);
- GFR (MDRD Formula);
- HAS-BLED (Risk of Major Bleeding in Patients with AF);
- MELD (Model for End-Stage Liver Disease);
- PERC Score (Pulmonary Embolism Rule-out Criteria);
- Wells’ Criteria for Pulmonary Embolism.

3. The application also includes the ICD-10 disease classification and the ATC classification system. We keep it regularly updated, so you always have the newest information with you.

I work in intensive care medicine, emergency medicine and anaesthesiology and was using the app quite regularly, recommending it to colleagues. I understand the move to a subscription based model for things like the interaction checker, ad-free etc. But the inclusion of the offline mode to the subscription model is a no go for me. Without a subscription you cannot rely on the app to work in an emergency where there is no WiFi or bad mobile signal.

Hello. Currently Mediately universal app is only available in Polish, German, Spanish, French and Italian language, as the drug databases are also country-specific. We already have a suggestion of feasibility of the app in English on a list of suggestions, which our team will consider when adding new features to our development roadmap.
